What's New at Landbidz.com for Sellers

Sellers will appreciate the new marketing of actual
property listings. In addition to our pay per click
advertising for words such as “online land auctions”,
we are currently implementing RSS feeds of
Landbidz.com auctions so the Landbidz.com
properties will be actively marketed on multiple
search and real estate related websites - free to
Landbidz.com sellers

Landbidz.com is also in process of integrating MLS
and eBay Real estate listings as options to sellers on
Landbidz.com listings. These services will allow
a “one stop shop” for serious land sellers to list
properties in different and combined ways, with all
traffic going directly to the seller and the seller’s
listings on Landbidz.com.

What's New at Landbidz.com for Buyers

Buyers will be excited to see our new County
Stores. Various counties around the country are
setting up stores on Landbidz.com and will be
offering tax defaulted land for sale directly to
Landbidz.com members.

Landbidz.com will also publicize various
live county auctions, allowing members to shop in
person at the county auction premises and buy
online at Landbidz.com directly from the counties.
