Hi everyone,
You may have seen some recent updates from us, or received a direct message, about your land contract being transferred from Online Land Sales (OLS) to Classic Country Land (CCL).

Most of our customers are unaffected.

Here are a few quick answers to common questions:

Why was my account transferred?
OLS and CCL completed a voluntary agreement to transfer certain accounts back to the original land provider (CCL) as of May 1, 2025.

Did anything change with my contract?
Nope! Your terms, monthly payment, and balance all stay the same.

Who do I pay now?
Your new payments go to CCL. They’ll provide full instructions. If you're unsure, reach out or visit their website: www.classiccountryland.com

Where can I see if my account was transferred?
